日本健康運動指導士会岡山県支部研修会に参加してきました。

１，２，３月と「腰」「肩」「膝・足部」の全３回で行われます。
１月は参加できず今回と３月の２回参加予定です。

肩の基本構造から検査のやり方リハビリの実技まで幅広く、あっという間の４時間でした。

新しいリハビリのやり方も勉強できたので満足でした。

次回３月の「膝・足部」も楽しみです
